We have attempted to process your Auto Renewal payment based on your details on file, however your Auto Renewal has failed.
If you have already contacted us in this regard, then please disregard this email.
If you have not contacted us after your failed payment, then we urge you to call our Amway Regional Contact Centre on 1800 45 46 47 in Australia and 0800 611 611 in New Zealand to rectify your details and have your order processed at $29. Please contact us before 18 October, 2017 to have your auto renewal payment processed successfully.
If you do not call us by 18 October, 2017, you will not be able to receive the Auto renewal fee, and will have to manually renew at $59 between 6 November and 31 December, 2017.
