Dear IBO,
We want to update you on improvements to our repair service for eSpring® and ATMOSPHERE®.
In the past, all repairs for eSprings or ATMOSPHERES were sent to our service team in Sydney.
We are now improving our repair service to make it faster and better.
Our Business Centres in Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney will be the location for the repair and service work. Just another great service our major centres provide.
If an IBO or customer has any problem with their eSpring or ATMOSPHERE, they should contact the Contact Centre on 1800 45 46 47. The Contact Centre team will assist IBOs to resolve the problem over the phone or organise a repair.
Finally, we want to advise you David Holmes from our service team is retiring. David has helped many IBOs in the past and we wish him the very best for his retirement.
