Dear IBO,
Your March Autoship delivery may be delayed by up to 5 days.
But it is for a good reason!
We are launching our exciting new website on 3 March. The shutdown period (from 11:30pm 27 February to 9am 3 March) will create a big backlog of work for our warehouse. We have hired additional workers and will work around the clock but delays are unfortunately expected. Your PV/BV will still be awarded on your regular day.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. We apologise for any inconvenience. We will get your Autoship order to you as quickly as we can.
If you wish to amend your Autoship order, please do so by 12pm 16 February (Sydney time) at amway.com.au.
Anything else?
- Make sure you know your login, username and password from the current Amway website. Your Amway 'saved password' in your internet browser may be lost with the website upgrade on 3 March.
- The Autoship website experience will also be improved from 3 March. Click here for the detailed Autoship guide.
