Dear Platinum,
There are major changes to the Line of Sponsorship (LOS) Map views effective March 2020 together with the new Digital 2020 Amway website launch. The new website platform being rolled out globally does not support the current ANZ LOS map view. This change is part of the transition to a more global and standardised website and IBO tools facilitation. It also paves the way for further tools to be added in the future including Core Plus that will better support you to build your Amway business, track Global Awards and Recognition and new FAA.
From 1 September 2020 you will be able to track your performance for the various Core Plus Programs including Performance Plus and Elite, Personal Group Growth Incentive, Frontline Growth Incentive and Two Time Cash Incentives.
I also want to thank IBOs for the feedback provided to us last October and January. The feedback was gratefully received and provided to our global headquarters. Similarly, feedback was sought from other global markets. Regrettably, some of the feedback cannot be actioned as we align to globally consistent and standardised LOS maps.
Below are some important changes which will take effect from March 2020.
1. Personal Group LOS details
The New LOS map view is identical to MyBiz which means you will only have visibility to your personal group LOS details. The default will show your frontline. You can click on the + button to view all your downline in the leg up to the next qualified Platinum pin.
To help familiarise yourself with My Biz I encourage you to log in and start to use the LOS map over the coming weeks.
2. New LOS Map additional features
Here is a list of some improvements which will be available on the new LOS Map

*Visibility to Leadership volume is helpful when determining international leadership bonus/rebate eligibility.
Ruby volume is a vital element of the New Core Plus program and it will help you understand the importance of this volume before and after Core Plus launches on September 1.
3. Dashboard enhancements
From March 2020 you will be able to view these extra enhancements;
- My Business Income – showing real time and previous monthly bonus/rebate earnings
- Any International Leadership Bonuses/Rebates you may have earned.
4. Reports
From March 2020, in your Platinum group you can identify New IBOs, IBO Birthdays and who is close to various performance bonus schedule levels. There are over 30 different data points that can be used to configure your personalised reports. You can also save these configured reports for future use.
5. Watchlists
From March 2020, only a single Watchlist feature will be available. Further watchlists will be available in the near future. However, reports based on data points can be configured and downloaded for use in the interim.
6. Customers
Customers will not be viewed in the LOS map but via a separate Customer Report. This report will be made available on the website Dashboard.
7. Mobile
The new LOS map view will be accessible on desktop or mobile devices and the system will auto detect your device. The mobile view is a limited view compared to what is available on the desktop view and this is to make the download faster.
8. Privacy
Privacy as applied on the LOS only impacts personal information. Business information is still visible. Performance information is available irrespective of Privacy flag.
In summary, the new LOS map view is designed a little bit differently compared to the current LOS Map. It may take some time to get used to. We understand change is always difficult to get used to.
Our sales team will be pleased to help you navigate the new LOS Map, and respond to any question with regards to how the impending changes will impact any visibility for your own personal situation.
Best regards
John Haines
