Dear Platinum,
Our new website will launch on 3 March. It will be a significant improvement on our old website. It will deliver major improvements such as:
✓ Real time inventory visibility
✓ Ability to view stored coupons
✓ Click & Collect within 2 hours
✓ Online instalments
Of course, any change of this nature will have its challenges. We need your support to help IBOs as they go through their own change journey.
Please champion the improvements to our new website. Also please be patient and supportive with the challenges and help your downline.
13 Things to Know
1) Updated New IBO Application and Order Forms
The 3 digit security number on the back of credit cards (CVV) will now be required for New IBO Application paper forms and any product order forms from 3 March. Without the CVV or credit card holder being present the paper application or order form cannot be processed on the Amway website or by Amway employees. Please delete any old New IBO Application forms. New product order forms will be available from 3 March. Click here for the updated New IBO Application Form in Australia and New Zealand.
2) Website & Business Centres closed
The Amway website will be closed from 11:30pm Thursday 27 February until 9.00am Tuesday 3 March 2020 (Sydney time). Business Centres will also be closed Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday: 28 February - 2 March. Business Centres will re-open on Tuesday 3 March. So make sure you have achieved your February goals by 27 February. Click here for further details.
3) LOS Map
The LOS Map will change from 3 March to be similar to the current MyBiz with visibility of just your personal LOS group details. Visit MyBiz so you know what your LOS Map will look like. Click here for further details.
4) Know your login details
Make sure you know your website username and password for the current Amway website before 27 February. Your Amway 'saved password' in your internet browser will be lost with the website upgrade on 3 March. You will need these details to login to the new website. Click here for further details and navigation help.
5) Updates to Autoship, Shopping List and Personal Details
No changes can be made to Autoship, Shopping list or personal contact details and payment details (bank account and credit cards) until 3 March. Click here for further details.
6) Back orders
Back orders are suspended from today until our new website launches. Click here for further details.
7) Autoship March & Regular Deliveries
Early March Autoship delivery may be delayed by up to 5 extra days. Other early March deliveries may also be delayed. Click here for further details.
8) Shopping List
Your current Shopping List will be moved into the new Wishlist. Wishlists can be shared via email (and only via email) with your downline, customers or prospects. Click here for further details.
9) Chart Your Course and Registration
There are improvements and minor changes to Chart Your Course and the Registration process. Click here for further details.
10) Chart Your Course and Autoship
Chart Your Course coupons cannot be used for Autoship orders. This is because coupons must be manually applied by the new IBO. A separate Autoship promotion will be announced soon.
11) Express Delivery in Australia
Express Delivery in Australia will be unavailable on 3 March. It will be switched on in mid-March once our warehouse operations stabilise. New Zealand will not be impacted.
12) Webinars and Training sessions
There is a range of face to face and online training options for IBOs. We don't think IBOs need it but we are providing them just in case. Click here for further details.
13) Platinum Resources
There are 27 different resources available for Platinums, from handy 1 pagers to presentations to online guides. We will continue to add material as needed, including handy video tutorials. Click here for further details.
