Dear IBO,

By 16 February please update your personal contact information, Autoship or Shopping List details in preparation for our Digital 2020 website upgrade.

 

Why?


There will be a temporary freeze for any changes from 17 February until 3 March.

 

This temporary freeze from 17 February until 3 March will apply to any changes to:

 

  • your Autoship Monthly Order, profile, schedule and products on the Autoship Dashboard. This includes adding or removing products to your next Autoship order
  • your Postal and Delivery Address, Bank Account and Credit Card details
  • your Shopping List, such as adding new products

 

What do I have to do by 16 February?

 

  • Update your personal contact details, your password (if you don't remember it), your payment details (bank account and credit cards), your next Autoship order or Autoship/Shopping List details at amway.com.au or call us on 1800 45 46 47.

 

Anything else?

 

  • Make sure you know your login, username and password from the current Amway website. Your Amway 'saved password' in your internet browser may be lost with the website upgrade on 3 March.
