As you can you probably imagine, there is a large demand for home deliveries across Australia.
This demand could be for your favourite Amway product, your groceries, your new desk to work at home or a new book to read.
Delivery drivers are working hard to keep Australians supplied with all these essentials and more. They are also spending extra time getting deliveries safely to you.
What does all this mean?
There may be a small delay in your regular delivery.
We are sorry about that.
We love our products but we know you will love them even more. So we are trying our very best to get them to you quickly.

Product availability
Due to the impact of coronavirus, we are experiencing high demand for our quality health and cleaning products. So there is a limit of 4 individual items per product purchased per day from our top 70 products focused on health and cleaning.

Delivery tips
- All deliveries are now contactless (no signature required).
- Add delivery instructions each time you order. Delivery instructions are not saved automatically e.g. leave at front door.
- If selecting a new address, select the ‘save to address’ button if you want the new address to be used in the future. Otherwise future orders will go to the old address.
- Ensure your delivery address is correct and saved.
How do I ensure my delivery address is correct?
- Login to amway.com.au.
- Go to Shopping Cart and click ‘View Cart’.
- Select the + expand button to expand the ‘Shipping & Delivery’ heading.
- Under ‘Delivery’, choose from your address book or enter a new address.
- Find your address, scroll down and tick box ‘save to your address book’ and press ‘SAVE’.

Our Business Centres are open for Click & Collect orders only.
Click & Collect is FREE, fast and supports social distancing. Place your order online, check the current opening hours and then collect your order from your local Amway Business Centre. Your order will be ready within 2 business hours and should be collected within 48 hours.
